A published research note is dated the day it was written. Your report is dated today.
Research carries a publication date for a reason: it is a record of what the evidence
supported at that moment. The evidence then moves — the price, the filings, the guidance —
while the document does not. Reading a note weeks later, nothing on the page tells you which
parts the record has since overtaken.
Your Statim report is built at the moment you ask for it. Every figure is pulled from
the primary source on the day of the run — the SEC filing, the exchange data, the company's
own disclosure — and carries its as-of date. In every report type except the two quick
reads — the Price Levels Sheet and the Momentum & Catalyst Check — the report's key
figures are also tagged Verified, Estimate or Unverified, so you can see exactly how much
weight each one holds. Nothing is carried forward from an earlier report.
And four of our reports show you the same thing about everyone else's. The Full
Equity Research Report, the Catalyst & News Report, the Momentum & Catalyst Check
and the Pre-Earnings Report each carry an Analyst Coverage section: where the stock has
analyst coverage, it sets out — at firm level, never naming individuals — how long since
each covering firm last published, which material events its published record does not
address, and where the record and the published position have diverged. Every row is dated
and sourced. It reports the public record; it draws no conclusion about any firm's analysis.
Evidence-first research on the stock you name. Every report is built from primary sources —
exchange price data and SEC filings — and in all but the two quick reads, each key figure is
tagged with its verification status, so you know exactly what was confirmed, what was
estimated, and what wasn't. Choose a report
type below; each section is explained in plain English (click the i icons).
Then tell us the one thing you most want answered — that question is researched in depth
and answered in its own section of your report.
Every report we have delivered so far came from someone who named a stock on
this page and told us what they wanted to know about it. Those questions shape what we build
next — thank you.

The Statim View
Every other report on this page describes. The Statim View is the one that
states a view — a Call with its conviction level, the evidence behind it, the strongest
argument against it written by us, and what would change our mind.
It goes out on a schedule, to every subscriber, in identical form. It is
never written to order on a ticker you request, and it is not for sale as a one-off. That is
deliberate: it is what keeps it independent published commentary rather than advice aimed at
any one person. Read what an issue contains →
The first issue has not been published yet. Subscribe below and you will
receive it when it goes out. No issues are sent before then.
You are on the list. The Statim View has not published its first issue yet — when it
does, it will arrive at the address you gave. Nothing will be sent
before then, and every issue carries an unsubscribe link.
Thank you to our early users. The feedback that came back with your
requests is shaping what gets built next — this series included. If you told us what would
make these reports more useful to you, it was read.
